I earned $109.01 in December 2017, before expenses.
Starting a new year was a much needed fresh start. I set new goals for the blog and I’m feeling confident in achieving them in 2018. Everything seems to be going well. I started to try to at least schedule one new post for every day of the week. I switched from the email subscribers plugin I was using in WordPress, to ConvertKit. Although it’s $29.99/month it was a decision well made. When you make the switch or join ConvertKit, you get a 14-day Free Trial. They have 4 different plans depending on how many email subscribers you currently have and importing your current subscriber list is easy! Plus, get 12 months for the price of 10 when you pay annually. That’s a huge saving! I know how important saving money is when you’re a blogger. That’s why I do my monthly Income & Expense Reports because it lays it all out in front of me and I can see where money is coming from and going. It helps me make better decisions for my blog and to see what’s working and what’s not. Another reason why I am happy I switched to ConvertKit is that they have taught me so much about Email for business, and all the help they have given is included with your account at no extra cost. They provide live chat, or you can email them anytime with questions. When my 14-day trial was almost up, they emailed me to check and see how I was doing familiarizing myself with ConvertKit and to see if I needed more time to figure it out. I said “Yes” and they gladly extended my Free Trial another 14 days!
