The kids are on Spring Break this week and the Celentano Pasta (Ravioli) is BOGO at Publix, so I am trying this easy ravioli bake recipe for the first time today.
We have been at the park for a few hours on this first day of Spring Break as it is unusually chilly for Florida and we couldn’t really do anything like the beach. I found this recipe on the Betty Crocker website so I’d like to give my credit to her and share this with you.
I doubled this recipe to feed my family of seven, with leftovers.
1 package of ravioli. I used one Celentano mini cheese ravioli and one beef filled ravioli.
1 jar of sauce. I used 2 jars of Bertoli Tomato & Basil.
1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of rectangular baking dish 13x9x2-inches, with cooking spray.
- Spread one jar of the pasta sauce in baking dish or half of one jar if you’re not doubling the recipe. Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in single layer over sauce; top with remaining pasta sauce and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 40 minutes or until bubbly and hot in center. Let stand 10 minutes before enjoying. Serve with garlic bread.
